When formed, the Data Action Network will establish a Balanced Scorecard for the region that will capture the efficacy of Linked Learning across indicators, with baseline data serving as an anchor. The informational and analytical outputs of the Network will be used to drive support of Linked Learning across broader stakeholders and highlight areas for improvement with current programs.
Beyond the creation and maintenance of the Balanced Scorecard, the Network will concentrate its efforts on creating more alignment of disparate data systems among the region’s schools and to encourage system‑wide use of data, where feasible.
The Los Angeles Regional Coalition for Linked Learning anticipates activating the Data Action Network in the fall of this year. If you are interested in serving on the Data Action Network, contact Amy Silverman, Education Program Officer at United Way, at [email protected].
